Bad experience. Door jam was broken and door wouldnt lock, so i cant leave the room. They made me repack to move rooms because they needed to remove the door, no option i needed to move rooms. Then they decided they could fix it after all, then unpack again. I missed my dinner reservation while i waited until they fixed it :( Then the remote didnt work, again i had to call again and wait for a replacement. Very disappointed with the cleanliness. Stinky carpet, nasty towels, dirty room. When i spoke to the manager to complain, she didnt want to hear the story, she was rushing me, like ok, ok, hurry and tell me the story, as if i was babbling. They removed 1 of the resort charges to shush me. I paid $300 for 3 nights during new years get away, while everyone else i met during the stay got comped, $0. Such an insult. Horrible stay, do not stay in this hotel.

The room was dirty, light bulbs burnt out, bathtub was absolutely nasty with dirty grime marks on tub. Unfortunately it was NYE and we checked in at 10 pm and didn’t have time to change rooms. But I’ll never stay at that hotel again.

It was extremely busy being new years eve. That said, they have got to stop the smoking in these places. I ended up with terrible sinuses from breathing it in. I will not return thrre at all becausevof the smoking in these casinos.

The Hotel was so old. The room was not clean and lots of noise at night don’t know what happened ? Even the bed was making noise also when you got up. Horrible experience with this Hotel.☹️☹️☹️
