I’m really sad to leave a bad review, but the staff was absolutely terrible. We booked a room for Valentine’s weekend for our very first Valentine’s Day together and our first trip out of town together. We booked a King room Thursday to Sunday. They put us in a room with double beds. I called down and politely let them know we booked a king. The staff said there was nothing they could do because all the king rooms were taken. I asked to speak to a manager to see if there was anything they could do. The manager was horrible. She was totally rude and had no desire to even try to help us. I told her we specifically reserved a king room, she said “our only obligation is to make sure you have a room” I asked if she could refund us for a night or get any financial compensation or if she could set us up at one of the other properties. She said she could get us checked out of the hotel and we could go somewhere else if we wanted to. Mind you it’s midnight at this point. I told her the beds were small doubles she very rudely states “nope they are queens” sorry but we have a queen sized bed at home and those beds are tiny compared. It just killed the vibe of our beautiful romantic weekend we planned. I don’t understand why people work in hospitality when they have no customer service. To her we were just another annoying customer, but to us this was a very special trip and landmark for our relationship.

I reserved a king bed. They put me in a 2 queen beds. I do not appreciate not giving me what i reserved. Overall the room, bathroom and beds were clean.
