Convenient location in terminal. Easy check in, we booked a family room which was spacious. Convenient for tube/ train to London. Staff were helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient for T3, staff were very helpful and the room was clean. There was no restaurant open on premises.

The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located for an overnight stay before an early flight. We found the rooms very small however. The same hotel in Singapore Changi airport was much nicer - much bigger rooms and we were offered two free meals!
