The wonderful dinner with very friendly and helpful staff in the ground floor restaurant, the front desk staff were helpful re transport to the terminals. And the rooms are really nice as you would expect.

The hotel is convenient to Heathrow, has quiet, well-equipped rooms and great staff. Special shout out to Frances, who served us at dinner and breakfast and was very friendly and helpful. Only problem was the heat in our room wasn’t working, but was fixed during our stay.

The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and nice sheets. Great breakfast with numerous food options. My only gripe was with the hard to understand transportation options from the airport.
