Very convenient by bus to Heathrow. Solid property for a one night stay while in transit. Be careful of getting in and out of the shower! Tub is slippery and the distance from the shower to the floor is much more than you would expect. I was thankful that the front desk was able to supply me with a toothbrush and paste that I had left behind. However, I also for shaving cream and the front desk said if would be delivered by housekeeping but never was. All around, solid experience.

The hotel was very old and worn out AND for it being a hotel Next to an airport they do not Offer a free shuttle Service..... no water bottle in the room. really disappointing.

The property was okay for an airport hotel. The staff at the front desk during checkin never explained dining, the hotel’s facilities or how to get to & from the airport until I asked. Staff at the restaurant - Malkal in particular - was great. And the lady at checkout had helpful tips on getting to the airport.

The property is quite nice for being so near to the airport. The soundproofing is such that you can not hear anything! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant and the casual bar area is surprisingly good too. I highly recommend Hyatt Place London Heathrow.

I booked this hotel while in transit overnight in London. We arrived just before midnight and the front desk check-in was seamless and the guy was very friendly. The room was simply beautiful. Quite spacious AND had an iron & ironing board. After 2.5 weeks in Europe with hotel rooms having NO iron, this was quite the welcome amenity. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again if necessary.
