Staff is wonder

The room was clean, the shower was hot and the staff was extremely nice. The room was a bit small, the AC doesn’t do a whole lot so the room is pretty warm. The bed is average comfort but not too bad. The food in the cafe leaves something to be desired. I did not try the “bar food menu” but I would recommend going with that if you have lunch or dinner there.

Good option near the airport but still a 20 minute bus. nothing much in the area so probably dining at the hotel. stuff were helpful and friendly. In the heathrow area there are some not that great places but this is NOT one of them which also justifies the higher price tag

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The room was wonderful. While restaurant options were limited, the food at the Hyatt was very good. A cab from the airport was expensive, but using the shuttle bus back to the airport was simple and much less expensive.

Bad service

Their safe is in a drawer, not visible like other hotels. As a result I left my passport. It took 20 hrs and 8 phone calls for them to actually go look for it. I think they are taught to tell you whatever sounds good but don't actually do what you request.

It is just fine for an airport perimeter hotel (and close to Terminal 5), and to a great Indian Restaurant a ten minute walk away. If we need to do an overnight there again because of flight times, will definitely use them.

The Hyatt was excellent but I have a bone to pick with Hotels.Com and or the Hyatt . The web site shows the Hyatt provides shuttle service to and from the airport. NOT TRUE!!!! This info was a driver on our hotel choice. We are out of pocket $40 pounds. Correct your error! If not I will file a complaint to the FTC
