This property had no hand soap in the bathroom, it was extremely small and there was no shuttle to and from the airport. We paid 20 pound to get dropped off at the hotel for a 2 km distance. The staff directed us to catch a bus for our return trip to catch our flight at 6am and when the bus arrived the driver denied us as apparently we needed a special card. Very poor communication and help getting their patrons to and from the airport.

Perfect for Heathrow

Great staff, at check-in and bar. Good advice about how to get to Heathrow. Complimentary tea/coffee good. Plenty of parking, including 2 electric chargers, and £14 for the night (March 2025). Really comfy bed and pillow. Good shower but negative comment would be that temperature control wasn't indicated for hot/cold and worse was that shower tray didn't flow away so ended up stood in dirty water. Overall good hotel for the price though and perfect to get to Heathrow Terminal 4 at 5:00am, took about 15 minutes.

Good airport hotel

Booked last minute due to a flight cancellation as room was a brilliant price. Easy location to reach on 111 bus from central bus station (nene road stop). Roomhead or facilities required and free coffee available.
