The lift smelt like fish the entirety of our stay (? the carpet). Sadly, the carpark was not tall enough for my car. We live 4 hours ago & rang to check before getting on the road with no answer. A voicemail was left & just horrific/relentless hold music!! The bed was very comfortable.

We booked for 2 nights and left after 1 this says it all. Adara needs to be updated very old and tired, holes in carpet, walls need painting, grout needs a good clean. TV didn't work neither did the air con or the phone in the room and when you ring the mobile they say to ring because the phone is not working no one answers.All I heard the girls on the desk say was Sorry to every customer I heard them talk too! Refused refund for 2nd night

Clean spacious room was perfect for a longer stay. However, very minimal soap provided for a 5 night stay, and seemed to be an ongoing problem of a lack of bath towels, e.g. no hand towel & foot towel provided. Friendly staff were great.

Good location, and staff communication - they let me check in 2hrs early. Unfortunately the toilet was loudly leaking/dripping all night long. When I opened the back of the toilet, there was a kitchen dishcloth wrapped around the broken inlet valve, water pouring out. So this must have been known to be an issue in the past, but an attempt to hide it rather than fix it made.
