Customer service was fantastic and all staff I spoke with were keen to help. The rooms had plenty of space for the price and location in the middle of the city, everything was incredibly clean. Well located near main shopping centres and very easy to traverse the city as there are multiple tram stops within a couple of minutes walking.

Great location and wonderful staff

Helpful and knowledgeable staff keen to make our stay in the Melbourne CBD comfortable. Building works in the local area (beyond hotels control) was the only downside, would recommend guests arrive during the day to orientate themselves. Will stay here again, fabulous location for city based activities and fabulous eating options nearby.
