Was a lovely stay. Room was great. Pool is beautiful. Hotel was very kid friendly. We were there on a busy weekend and the only downside was they didn’t seem to have enough staff on. The ones that were busy didn’t really give any notice to people waiting which I feel is still their job, even if they can’t help. Breakfast was quite nice but again the staff struggled to keep up with the demand. Ran out of plates and glasses. However, I highly recommend for a story stay or business trip. Easy walk to flagstaff or southern cross stations. Beds were comfy and it was mostly clean in the bathroom. Plenty of towels and they had a coffee pod machine in the room.

The Dorset is a beautiful and well located hotel. We were upgraded without request. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The room wasn’t fully clean when we arrived, yet on request they offered to upgrade us, again. I just asked for someone to come and clean the bathroom properly and they did that promptly. Lovely staff, lovely room. Comfy bed and quite stylish.

I liked the property because it was conveniently located to Souther Cross station/transport hub. Centrally located. It was very quiet. The buffet breakfast was very limited in range of foods, with no variation between each day that I stayed.
