Ok I’ll start off positive - pool and spa great. Buffet breakfast is the usual. Bedroom had a balcony and overall room was fine - was given 2 towels for 3 people but when asked for more received straight away - however the beds - I have never ever slept in such a hard bed - I stayed for 4 nights with minimal sleep. So if you like sleep don’t stay - I did mention to staff and was given a mattress topper but didn’t do much!

I loved this hotel, beautifully designed interior, my kids thought the pool & spa was the best & the buffet breakfast was amazing. Such an amazing hotel and really well priced. Perfect to walk from Southern Cross Station. I would stay here again, I highly recommend.

Generally a great stay. Coffee and buffet breakfast were included in our stay including complimentary drinks in the evening. Only negative was the sauna and pool area were closed when I wanted to use them ie they were doing a deep clean. We booked the hotel mainly because of the sauna so this was disappointing.

I’ve marked down my stay because of one of the young ladies checking me in. I was 6 minutes early to check in and she said I had to wait until 3pm. I actually said “you want me to stand here for 6 minutes before you’ll check me in” and she said yes. She then wrote the wrong room number on my key so I dragged luggage up to the wrong room and couldn’t get in. I was not happy. I had a different young woman assist me with the keys and apologized and gave me the correct room number and helped with my luggage. She needs a raise as she was extremely helpful and acknowledged what had happened. Some staff training wouldn’t go astray.
