TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been waiting for this hotel to process a refund for 2 weeks now. I have been palmed off and ghosted at EVERY ATTEMPT. This hotel is an example of how NOT to treat customers. I am shocked and ashamed that a business can treat their paying customers in such a way and get away with it. I have not been contacted ONCE since I was told that my case is being escalated to management, which shows that this company does not care for the individual. Do NOT book with this hotel.

Zero dining on the property and not much very close by except for 2 beach cafes. Great spot anyway. Rooms are very large, quiet & comfortable.
