Great location and that’s about it. Our room was tiny (I’ve had bigger cabins on a ferry), scratches all over the walls, furniture didn’t really fit in the room. Noisy air con. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. The lift shaft was right next to our room and we heard every lift come and go. The door wasn’t sealed either so we could hear everything outside and see the light through the bottom of the door.

Had to wait 45 mins for checkin as the booking from Wotif didn’t come through. Hotel has no onsite parking and charge huge fee for valet parking. Stay away from this hotel.

We don't advertise having onsite parking, and I can assure you that our valet parking fee is inline if not cheaper with what other hotels in the heart of Melbourne are charging. The location was fantastic the staff we lovely. the only complaint we had was the Vacuum left in the hall way all weekend. which we did trip over. it was around the corner as we came out of the lift. This was mentioned a few time while we were staying and nothing was done about it.
