Staff were great, very accomodating. Rooms are spacious and all linens clean. Doors need resealing or something as there was a high pitched whistling sound that was present when doors were closed. We put a rolled up towel along base of door to stop it. Great spot and delicious breakfast. Excellent location to base yourself for exploring the city.

This is our 4th stay at this hotel and we really like the location. It's walkable to everywhere in the city and the public transport is very accessible from the hotel. It's very comfortable, spacious and clean. We always choose the no housekeeping which adds to value for money. Staff are always lovely. That's why we keep going back.

Nice studio for family. Close to many attractions. Kids loved the pool. Stayed in premium room previously and had amazing views of Yarra. Booked premium again but tucked around the cnr this time with only slight views.

The pool and sauna area is lovely, clean & relaxing. Studio room was surprisingly spacious, well appointed, good furniture choices. Bed comfy. Didnt like the ceiling fan overhead though. I had to turn it off during the night.

The TV did not work and reported it twice and they could not fix it. We have stayed here there times now and the last two times the tv has been poor I would not be staying here again. They did not suggest moving me to another room or give me a credit.

1. The room did not have a microvave as it should have. 2. the phone in the room was disconnected so I had to ring the front desk on my mobile 3. the chap at the front desk failed to take any action when notified. So it took another phone call and an effort to convince someone to do something. 4. the TV in the room had to be reconnected 5. there was only one lift running to the floor I was on
