Rooms were clean and everything we needed was there. The traffic was noisy late into the night which made getting to sleep difficult. It was frustrating to find out after making the booking that a car stacker was used which required an appointment with orientation. Given we were not sure when we would arrive, it made it impossible to make an appointment to have the orientation which meant we could not use the parking

A very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Nice and clean and modern. The only letdown was that the room was very dark - I knew that I wouldn't get a view but wasn't expecting a wall which blocked most of the light.

My name is Caroline not Shane however I found my one bedroom apartment very spacious and clean. The check-in instructions were clear and easy, the furniture was beautiful, following the beach theme and the bed was so comfortable. I would have loved an extra doona in the wardrobe as it was a little chilly at night. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

Overall, very good. My 1 bedroom apartment looked into a wall opposite the bedroom with windows higher up, however, it had a privacy "scene" stuck to the windows plus blockout roller blinds, so no issue. But the dining area facing the same wall had no blind or privacy screening. Privacy wasn't the issue there, but without a blockout blind and with a GLASS door between the bedroom and the living area, light from outside meant that the bedroom was never dark at night which is a major problem for poor sleepers. Good sleep hygiene command sthere be a dark room. Please rectify for future guests, or me, as I may stay again. Also, for a 4 night stay, with meals cooked in and therefore washing up, why not provide more than 2 sachets of washing detergent, and 4 coffee capsules. Also, there were no sachets of salt or pepper! Otherwise quite comfortable and very quiet. Brilliant access with the GOKI App.

We stay here every year for 6 - 10 days at a time and are happy with the accommodation. Walking distance to everything. All amenities supplied though salt and pepper would be good as I buy this each occasion and in a self contained apartment it would be nice. We are happy here though and it is clean, quiet and well presented.

I have stayed here before when I visit family in the area. It is great because I do feel safe and it is comfortable. I don’t have a view, so, if my stays were for a different reason and longer, I would request a view.

Our apartment was a great size, plenty of room for my family of 4. It was clean with everything we needed. Self check in was easy enough and loved the pin entry to the apartment, saved us having to carry key/card around to get in and out. Only thing we didn’t like was the front sliding door didn’t lock! Being on the bottom floor street facing, fortunately the front yard fencing is tall so felt safe enough.

Nice quiet area. Very secure personally. Street parking option can be a bit of a nightmare, but haven’t tried the paid option. Unit itself is fine for an overnight bed. Shower leaks into main bathroom area, stank like an old gym bag. Bed was comfy but the sheets feel like plastic. Plates and drinkware looked and smelled like they had been rinsed but not washed.
