Very comfortable, but freezing at 6pm until we put heater up to 26 degrees. Tv needed a PhD to work and given price, a few complimentary biscuits or something like that, would have not gone astray!! We stayed in Urban penthouse I thought that would have better views, wished we had chosen park side. Great neighbourhood.
