Hi Bianca, Thank you for your review. I apologize that we weren't able to meet your expectations. Per Expedia, the reservation was made for 2 queen beds, you were checked into a 2 queen bedroom. We did not change your reservation or charge your card, the hotel only had the ghost card Expedia provided. Please contact Expedia if you have more than one charge. I do hope you will allow us to offer a better experience on a future trip to the Monterey area.
