The front desk person that served the Marriott Bonvoy members was not very helpful and cooperative. Some extra training may help her dealing with custmors.
E.g. we went looking for the Bicycles to go for a ride. We were not informed correctly where the bikes were. We eventually found it and then saw a sign that the gadget that got us the bike was ‘Out of order’. We wish we were told this by her before we walked on the way to the bikes by grazing st straws before we found that they were near the fitness center.
Not had poor service from other Martiotts we have stayed in other parts of the US.
