Overall, our stay was good, the rooftop terrace was nice , and the hotel was very clean. I should mention that there is a visible homeless population within view of the hotel; but, the hotel has a security office posted outfront of the hotel and we never felt unsafe during our stay.

Excellent stay! Staff very helpful, friendly, and efficient. Not being familiar with New Orleans the staff completed several requests and helped get my girls and I to the right places at right time. Hotel is very clean, maintained perfectly, and extremely comfortable... bed is to die for! Great stay.

Great hotel downtown NO. Clean rooms, great pool and rec room. Bed was to die for, sooo...comfortable. Staying again after our 7 day cruise. Hotel restaurant is alittle pricey - but everything in NO is pricey. Would recommend this hotel above others for one night stay or week long trip!

We stayed for a weekend and it was great. The room was clean and the staff is friendly and even helped us to find a great place to eat (Two Chicks Cafe). My husband and I renewed our vows on the Queen Creole river boat (which is also a must see when in town).
