The open plan living and dining area, along with a fully equipped designer kitchen, is located on the upper level, offering sweeping ocean views. A large stacker door opens to a partially covered outdoor area where guests can enjoy a glass of merlot while taking in expansive ocean views out to the sugar loaf islands and breathtaking sunsets.
