Location was amazing but amenities were bare. Didn’t even have Netflix on the TV, poorly completed renovations (painting was rough & roof had stains) and bathrooms were outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. The bed was amazing. Staff were so beyond lovely especially at the front desk. The the view was of a dirty air con unit despite paying for an upgraded room. Very overpriced for the room.

I didn’t have hot water, so I had to change hotels after 1 night. Looking at other reviews for this hotel, this is a common issue. The people working at the hotel are very nice and the room was clean, so it’s unfortunate that they are having a hot water issue that hasn’t been addressed.

The hotel was fine but I had an issue with my bill. I prepaided for parking. I booked 2 nights but my confirmation said 4 nights. The person at the desk said I was only being chearged for 2 nights. But when I got my final receipt I was charged for 4 nights. I emailed the hotel but I never heard back.

Staff was warm and welcoming - particularly the luggage storage staff! Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Fabulous location! The only slight negative was the fact that there is a window a/c unit that allows cold air seepage in the very cold weather we experienced during our stay. Overall, the room accommodated three comfortably and we had a wonderful stay.

The staff was amazing. Every person you encounter smiles big and greets you. And you are steps from the center of Times Square. Everything was wonderful except this one thing. You hear everything from outside. Every siren, rickshaw and car coming by, heels clicking on the ground, doors opening. I’m not exaggerating. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs or a sound machine.

Extremely kind staff! Elevators were quick, silent room despite proximity to times square. Numerous restaurants right out front and bars for nightlife. Legitimately steps from times square, and I cannot emphasize how kind the staff were. Nothing but extremely kind interactions and greetings. Would absolutely stay again

Bedding was very thin and thermostat set very cold for winter. Had 3 peole in a suite but no spare bedding for the pull out sofa. Had to ask for bedding and make out own bed.Furnishings were outdated. The staff was very nice. Location is great.
