The staff was professional and kind. The room was modern and clean just as advertised on the site. The bed was comfy. The shower was amazing. My room faced the street. The street noise made it hard to sleep due to a brokem window which i didn't realize until a couple of days before the end of my stay. I would still stay here again and highly recommend it. I feel like the window issue was a fluke situation. I went to several shows so this place was definitely prime location. On the day I was leaving, the very kind bellman kept my luggage secured until I returned. He also hailed a cab which was a lot more reasonably priced than an Uber.

The location is amazing but the hotel is very limited compared to others nearby. Also, this is probably the only hotel I have stayed in that didn’t have a mini fridge. Fortunately, the bed was extremely comfortable and climate control worked well. It’s overall a great value if you want to be right in the middle of Times Square.

Front desk staff is very standoffish. They give rude, and condescending replies to any questions you might have for them. Other helpers in the vicinity were really sweet. It’s just the two front desk workers.
