I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. It’s clean and conveniently located but it’s way too noisy. You are not going to get any sleep, especially around weekends. The walls are paper thin and the doors let the noise in from the narrow corridors between the rooms. You hear everything that’s going on in the rooms next door. We’ve been constantly woken up by drunk people stumbling outside the door, screaming and slamming their doors at 3 in the morning. If you have kids, don’t even think about it! The kind of noise that they’ll hear, let’s just say, is not PG!

The staff was amazing! The neighborhood was in a great location! The room was perfect with the exception that the hot water in the shower was NOT very hot the 1st day and nonexistent the second day. I was told by the staff to wait for the water to heat back up because they had maintenance issues, but the water never heated up before we had to leave hours later. I complained to the front desk that we were not happy with the situation, so he took my email address for the manager to contact me, but I have yet to hear from him/her two weeks later! I’ll be staying somewhere else next time!

Not a resort, not even a lobby. Rooms squeezed into an alley. Don't open the curtains. Thermostat on the wall is fake. Don't pay the resort fees.

This was our second stay at the Aura, and I'm not sure if we'll be back. The air conditioning was very loud and the bathroom and entry smelled very strongly of mildew. i would have asked for a different room. but we didn't get into the room until late at night.
