Front desk staff for afternoon check-in remains rude. For morning check-out, staff is fantastic and friendly. Security, maintenance, and housekeeping are helpful and friendly. Property is nice, quiet, safe, and conveniently located. Beds and rooms are comfortable. Shared bathrooms are clean, secure, and well-maintained.

Really nice area, clean room, close to good food and a metro station. I was able to store my luggage after checkout which was incredibly helpful. I’d definitely recommend bringing a robe as the bathrooms can get rather humid so dressing immediately is not ideal. I’d stay there again and recommend to a friend.

Check in was easy and friendly. Nice amenities for what it is, I had plenty of clean towels and nice clean sheets in my room. Bath/shower rooms were clean and stocked with complimentary body wash/shampoo/conditioner. My only complaints were that some of the handles for the plumbing would come off when turning the water on or off and that my mattress was not very comfortable. Overall I would consider staying here again if I were staying in Manhattan.

Close to a lot! Good value for Money

Hostel like stay but private room so I really liked it! Just the essentials, but I was also in one of the cheapest rooms as well, so, that’s fine. It is excellent value for your money. Good service, really close to the trains, and a small walk to Rockefeller.
