Every thing was great about our stay, except tea making in our room a kettle would have been better, not everyone drinks coffee and the pod machine is a one cup person at a time so making tea is a bit of a bind but part from that, excellent

Everything is small including the breakfast area. It’s a challenge to get what little they offer for the continental breakfast. Rooms and bathrooms are small but clean and comfortable. Hotel is convenient to Times Square and Broadway and a short Uber to Central Park.All in all worth the price.

Very average.

The hotel only had a room in the below-the-street level, water dripping from the ceiling, very basic. The lady at the front desk yelled at customers when they asked too many questions. Quite a bad smell in my room. Price is low, so is everything else. It was clean okay.

It was in a quiet safe feeling neighborhood, walkable to the subway and bus stops, a lot of restaurants near by. The bathrooms were a little dated but clean and staff was friendly, good included breakfast as well!

I will never go back.

This stay was awful and the service was not high quality. We arrived on day one to a bed made with the wrong sized fitted sheet. After bringing this up to the front desk they brought us two flat sheets and just handed them over like we needed to make the bed. I called down again to ask that they make the bed while we went to dinner, and they did not. My fiancé and I had to make the bed with two flat sheets around midnight. The next day, the smoke alarm went off with no reason. After about 6 people from staff and maintenance came through, the solution they came up with was to unplug it and wrap it in plastic wrap. This might be the most unsafe thing I have ever witnessed, putting us in direct danger if a fire actually started. No one even offered some sort of discount or a change of room or some sort of credit. I’ll be working this complaint up through corporate customer service.

This property says it includes free Wi-Fi. Don't bother !!!! This statement borders on false advertising. I had better band with and a more reliable connection 20 years ago using a 1200 baud modem on a dial up phone line. I used up my entire travel package of data on my phone in 4 days instead.

Crazy expensive small room

I know this is Manhattan, for $523/night the hotel was a huge disappointment. The room was SUPER small. There was only 2 of us, each with just a 22" carryon and backpack. There was really only room for one of our carryons. The "closet" was about 8" deep (see pic). The usually coffee machine tray had to go on the table between the beds. There is only 1 elevator which is shared by guests and cleaning staff with their large carts. Breakfast was average hotel fare. The beds had 2 small square pillows. On the positive side, the location is great, the front desk staff were friendly and the room was clean.

Staff was very friendly, room had fridge & microwave, shower was hot & temperature was great. Walls were thin & some guests were noisy but the price was great & we enjoyed our stay. The front seat staff was incredibly helpful to my husband who is disabled. We will stay here again.

More or less what we expected. Not great not bad. Smal rooms but clean and in good condition. A limited breakfast with not to much to choose from. Some day it took awhile for the staff to refill the breakfast. A few minutes walk to the subway, good location in Midtown.
