Room is very clean, carpet looks like it should be replaced. The toilet wouldn’t flush-I took the lid off and fixed it! And the sink drain is very slow. The front desk guy, Eric was very nice and directed us to a good pizza spot.

Very convenient location, was also affordable. Time square and most theater halls are within walking distance. The rooms are small but comfortable and suffice for sightseeing. We had an enjoyable stay here and would book here again if returning to NY.

When we arrive, we didn't get a happy greeting and then when we got to the room, we just knew that it was large enough to host some guess if they were to come over. It looks like we have to take it to the hallway that's how small the rooms were. We stayed at other Comfort Inns and they had room in there, but this was our first New Year's Eve close to Time Square, but we were in NEW YORK they do nothing small but now I see different. We will not be back to this hotel, but you wouldn't worry about me you have other that might have love it there but not ME. Have a HAPPY NEW YEAR

The hotel has a good location, especially for travelers going on a cruise, as it is close to the cruise terminal. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. The rooms are extremely small and poorly maintained. The cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard, with dirt, hair, and food remnants left in the room upon arrival. This created an unpleasant first impression and made the stay uncomfortable. The internet connection was very limited and practically unusable. When we raised this issue at the reception, we were told that “this is just how it is,” with no attempt to resolve the problem or offer any form of compensation. The level of service was therefore disappointing and unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing stay, and unfortunately not a hotel I can recommend.

Beds so close to door.... very small room. Also, elevator not working properly. Otherwise good, very nice shower and good location. Carpet on floors needs to be changed to wood also....carpet....YUKKY!!!
