The room was a lot smaller than appeared in picture. We only got 1 day of free breakgast.There was no coffe pot in room we had to close to fast food did not see too much medium price dining. Nit enoughocal food close.ask for 1. Also location was only . Also our itenerary stated dinner too and in fact no dinner was included

Staff was accommodating. Our flights were cancelled and we got it at 6:30 am. Our rooms were ready so that we could take a quick nap before getting to our bowl game.

Immaculate hotel, clean and comfortable. Couldn’t fault the facilities. The only reason I didnt score 5 was because the room was a little small with a tiny wardrobe space. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It was quiet , no noise from surrounding rooms just the occasional police siren in the night. Wonderful breakfast cooked to order every day.

The layout, customer service, nice comfortable bed, amenities. I mostly enjoyed the ability to change the lights in the room to suit the mood. The small fridge is great to keep food from spoiling and fresh including water. The lobby area has a nice layout and view. It location is prime real estate. I enjoy the variety of TV'S in the lobby. Staff was helpful and generous when I needed a good dose of tea Thank you for making my stay as pleasant as could be. The staff was helpful when I needed a good dose of strong tea.

The staff was wonderful - helpful and happy doing so. The food was SO good. The location is great - less than 5 min walk to Grand Central. The shower was glorious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room is small but I think what is expected in NY. The room was clean except for some out of the way spots that I would never have seen if I had not dropped an earring. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

The room was very clean and cleaned daily. The location is the best, as you can walk to almost anything, hop on a bus or subway with a 2-minute walk, and lots of reasonable dining options all around. Staff were very nice. However, the power on one side of the bed did not work, outlets or charging ports. The fridge did not work when we arrived, but were able to fix it. And on the 3rd night of our 5-night stay the heat stopped working. They sent someone to fix it, but he wasn't able to. It dropped down into the 20's at night. He brought us a portable heater, which stopped working after about 5 minutes and we had to turn it off, unplug it, and wait a few minutes before it would turn back on. Our party had two rooms and everything in the other room was perfect. Also, there are limited storage spaces due to the size of the rooms, being typical NYC rooms. We didn't discover until the last day that there are large drawers under the beds! That would have been helpful had we realized it earlier. Even with the maintenance issues of the one room, I would stay here again. It is unique to find such a clean hotel in a quiet area of NYC that is still in walking distance to everything. The staff there are also very kind.
