Host is fantastic and very accommodating. We were able to check in quite a bit earlier than the posted time. Communication was excellent. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. Great location and great stay- though some surprises. The host didn’t communicate until the day of check in, but then the check in process was clear. No pics of kitchen and bath, but they are nicely renovated, even if small. But that’s to be expected. I’d definitely stay there again.

Living the dream in NYC

I had classes in NYC this week and this apt was a 7 min walk in Chelsea. It was a perfect location to Chelsea MKT and Time sq. I walked everywhere. Great groceries and, fruit tables along woth restaurants and cafes. The apt. Was quiet and and so cute and clean.

The check-in process is terrible, and the property manager was completely useless. The unit itself was fine and has a good location. The futon is terrible to sleep on, so if you're planning to use that, beware. The lock does not work properly, which I complained about multiple times, and I was told that it works perfectly. I took a video of myself turning the lock in complete circles, and it would not open.
