Quirky Hotel in a great location if you want to be near the great food that exists in Little Italy. Unfortunately they did not put much thought into the family rooms in terms of location in the hotel. Rooms as advertised as having Air Conditioning and yet our room only had a fan... in the midst of very warm days and nights with a family of 5 in a tiny room was ridiculous. We were right at the top of the stairs so every night we would be woken by loud, drunk and often agitated people returning from a night out. We were so squashed into our room that only one person could move around the room at a time. We love Nee York but this hotel was a disappointment. First time I have had that happen in New York.
