This is a very cute property in an amazing location. The lobby lounge is cozy with live music nightly, and the staff was friendly. The rooms were very small and had deep storage which made staying for 5 nights with 3 of us difficult. There were no dressers, drawers, and just a very small area to hang clothes. The room also had very large temperature swings that were difficult to control, it was either super hot or freezing. Overall this is a cute hotel, but the room comfort did not align with the price of the stay.

The entire staff was exceptional, but Dale was EXTRAORDINARY! At multiple times during our 4 day/3 night stay he was focused on providing wonderful service. It was not forced, totally natural. We will be back as we found the property and experience World Class.

Ridiculously poorly lit small rooms. Wasn’t room to put our luggage anywhere. Heating and cooling system not working well. Woke up to an 80 degree room every morning. No refrigerator, safe wasn’t working. Had to cal someone to help with TV as it wouldn’t turn on.

Lovely hotel in great location. Could use a little revamp — carpet in my room worn and ripped. Room and bathroom very dark. Not enough light to put on makeup. Nice staff, good happy hour with music. And a fireplace in the lobby!
