My first time staying at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Free coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours, and free cookies between 2pm-10pm. A night stay also comes with free continental breakfast. The hotel looks recently renovated and clean. It’s a close walk to Clifton hill and area attractions. The only aspect that could use improvement is the gym. There is only one treadmill and elliptical functional. It could use some free weights as well. Overall, it was a great stay and this will be my new go to hotel when I visit Niagara Falls.

Staff during the day was attentive to all our needs, during the night hotel convenience was closed during a time we needed a pharmaceutical product. Bed was outdated and uncomfortable. Cleaning staff forgot to take out a used bar of soap in the shower. Parking was affordable and convenient. Hotel was in prime location close to falls and stores. Free cookie and coffee with stay 🍪 :) Pool was clean and towels readily available.

We like the convenience of this hotel. The staff were lovely, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great. The only disappointment was the weight machine and treadmill were out of order. Otherwise great place to stay in Niagara Falls.

The hotel was very nice. Small conveniences like coffee and cookies in the lobby. However, parking is paid, and my car was broken into. I was refunded my parking fees, however it’s a little frustrating to pay for parking that is not supervised

Great find

Great hotel at a fantastic price. Clean and tidy with comfortable bed. Jacuzzi bath a real bonus for the price point. Good hot and cold breakfast selection included and no tips expected. Super location just on the edge of Clifton Hill area with its eateries. Bus 104 takes you direct to the railway station from outside the hotel.
