This was my first time staying at this property and I really enjoyed it! The area is excellent to bop around Notting Hill and the room itself was clean and immaculate. Not to mention the bed and pillows were perfect. The only oddity is that I didn’t book a room with accessibility features yet this is the one I was given. It’s not a problem per se, but the bathroom sink was at my knees and I had to wrestle with the shower curtains to not soak the bathroom.
Also as a note, the bathroom door does not stay open by itself and it’s heavy. I can see this being a real problem for someone in a wheelchair to maneuver. It’s also the last room on the floor so it’s especially long to get to, another ding on the accessibility side.
As an able bodied person I really enjoyed the room but I want to highlight some things I noticed so that hopefully the hotel can make some changes. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay and I would go back!
