First of all, it’s a very beautiful older property, with a very unique ambience to it. The staff is absolutely wonderful, the in-house breakfast was great, the staff in the restaurant were excellent, absolutely stellar. The hotel lives up to everything they advertise. This is going to be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in London. I was very, very impressed. It’s also in a very good location, almost literally right across the street from Hyde Park and one block away from a neighborhood of stores of all kinds of varieties, and a variety of restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. You ’re even close to the Albert Hall. This was an excellent find.
