Overall clean, functional and modern looking facilities inside. Rooms have a modern and neat decor. There was a fridge and microwave oven in the room. Breakfast was good and had a variety of options and warm food like eggs, sausages, … are available. It is 8 min drive to Parliament Hill in Ottawa. The area itself is not that attractive but some dining options are still in walking range. Level 2 EV charging station on site worked for me using chargelab app.

Great stay.

Excellent stay at a beautiful hotel.Breakfast was a pleasant experience with lots of choices. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all of the staff, especially Damian in the restaurant who, even though he was the manager,was cleaning tables and keeping things tidy.

Good value. Books up fast.

I stay at WelcomeInns in Ottawa a lot. Happy with the rooms, the price, the staff. My biggest complaint is it books up fast and I’m always forced to look somewhere else that’s more expensive and not as nice.
