The room was in good condition and staff were very helpful. Only suggestion is that there should be a grab rail in the shower as the metal floor can get slippery and maybe not safe especially for older people.

High quality, clean rooms. Handy fridge with tea/coffee/hot choc facilities in room. The thick room carpet was especially pleasing on the feet after tramping all day.

I was disappointed with the overall attention to detail during my stay. The condition of the linen was below expectations, with towels and bedding appearing worn and discoloured rather than clean and fresh. The pillows were old, thin, and mismatched, and the pillowcases appeared grey despite originally being white. The face cloths were also not in a usable condition. As a result, I felt more comfortable borrowing towels from a friend who lives nearby. The duvet inners were thin and dated, and did not have covers, which impacted comfort. In the kitchen, utensils and glassware were mismatched, and the tea towels were not usable. This stay was intended to be a special weekend away for a friend and I, and it was a significant cost for us. Unfortunately, the quality of the room did not reflect the price or the occasion. While the location is convenient and the parking is good, the overall standard did not meet expectations. As a result, I would not choose to stay here again.

Good place to stay with family , thought place was better than what could make up from website when booked. Enjoyed staying overnight with family. 4 stars because couple of things -Body Wash in bathroom dispenser was not working and plumbing was jamming a bit in sink- however did not bother so decided not to escalate to staff.
