The staff here is amazing and went above and beyond. We had a family situation and unexpectedly needed to check into the hotel on Christmas evening. Kyren at the front desk was so kind and upgraded us to a much bigger room since there were 4 of us.
We enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decorations and food and drink. Thank you William Penn hotel for making our holiday bright!
