4.5 - Yes, staff were friendly. Rooms old fashioned and not fancy but comfortable. Meals were a good size and yummy. Everyone was accommodating to our requests and loved the bar area, very relaxing. Excellent views overlooking Port Arthur Historic Site. Would stay again and highly recommend. Andrew & Larissa Hood (Kilmany, Victoria)

Room clean, good facilities, kettle microwave fridge. Would have like 2 double beds instead of a double and a single. Bathroom gave it 4 stars due to toilet running all night and the door did not close even if locked. Easy to find great location

Lovely spot to stay. Very pe would. The room was spotlessly clean but very dated. The pillows were great but the bed was soooo hard and didn’t low a good rest. Try the bistro if staying there as the food is wonderful.

Parking not designated to your room. narrow and inconvenient. Charged for a child breakfast even though he did not eat. Continental breakfast only for 15 bucks. a rip. The only disappointment so far on our holiday

Views of port Arthur were fantastic. Room was cosy. Cleaning was not great. Around the windows and above the shower was dirty. Bottom of fridge was rusty. Netflix was great to have.

Spacious clean room. Supplied with bottled water that was topped up each day. This was appreciated because the tap water wasn't that nice. Fairly comfortable bed apart from most of the pillows were too high; managed to find one suitable pillow. Weak wifi. The heater struggled to heat the room; this would have been partly due to the draught coming from gaps around the front door. Tiny fridge. Minimal crockery provided; two small dinner plates with knives but no forks. Provided with a tea towel but no other kitchen cleaning equipment. Great to have face washers but no hand towel.

Room was clean on arrival and all staff friendly and helpful on a daily basis. Happy to stop and have a chat Location and proximity to Port Arthur Historic site....outstanding. could almost touch it from our room. Having a restaurant and bar onsite made dinner choices easy. Would happily return.
