This was a wonderful hotel situated on the hill over looking whitby, with easy access to the town and harbour , although it is under going work updating the rooms and building It will not put my off going back. Hotel was spotless, clean and a very helpful hotel team

I highly recommend this hotel! We had a small issue with our original room, so we spoke with the manager, Kelly, to see if we could find a solution. She went above and beyond our expectations. She made sure we could have a calm and positive conversation and found an outstanding solution that prevented what could have been a negative experience. This was especially important to us as we were staying as a family to celebrate a very special occasion for one of us. Thank you once again, Kelly, for your kindness, understanding and for making such a difference to our stay. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, right opposite the sea. If you are an early riser, you can easily enjoy a beautiful sunrise from there. The only downside is parking. Finding a parking space around the hotel and in the surrounding area can be quite difficult. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the excellent location and the wonderful way the staff, particularly Kelly, handled our situation.
