I really enjoyed the layout of these rooms and how every bit of space was able to be utilized. However, during our stay the Ipad control for the room stopped working. This detracted from our experience of the hotel, but everything else was great.

I love this chain. Like others I’ve stayed in, this property was dynamite. But my god. We literally saw multiple people defecating on the street in broad daylight within a couple blocks. It’s both heartbreaking and infuriating on many levels. I have spent my adult life in Chicago and DC, so I’m not wet behind the ears, but gosh, this was depressing.

Second time here, and just love it. I would give it 5 stars if the bed was a little softer. Too firm for my taste; however, it didnt keep me from sleeping! Staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Citizen M was great! We chose it because it was a good deal but we were blown away by the hotel. It has all the essentials but is but super clean and chic. The lounge area/ bar was nice and the staff was so friendly! Will definitely be staying at CitizenM again.

This hotel was amazing! The staff were always helpful and gave great suggestions on where to eat and what to see! The bed was comfy and the room was very modern and exactly what you need if you don’t plan on being in the room beyond sleeping and bathing! I will definitely be staying at CitizenM properties in future travels!

Hipster's heaven with things like I-pad controlling everything in the room. Staff extremely helpful, friendly and patient with this 70 year old dog learning new tricks. Unfortunately the hot water was broken and no breakfast my first day. No matter how much money you spend on renovations & creating hipness, you have to cover the basics like back-up hot water system and a simple hot water tank for your kitchen.
