Front desk staff was OK. The cleaning crew was amazing. Very quick and efficient and accommodating. The hotel itself needs some attention. The elevators were borderline scary to be in. There was zero USB ports in the room. I had to go hang out in the lobby several times in order to charge my insulin pump. Very inconvenient.

The experience would have been good overall but due to a clinical error, other people were given our hotel key and walked in as my husband was in the shower and I was getting ready. It was very embarrassing and I called the desk immediately. They did apologize and give a bottle of wine for the issue.
