The perfect Hotel for a whirlwind visit to Auckland. Excellent service from EVERY Department. Delighted!

We have been to the Grand Hotel a few times now and have enjoyed every stay. Staff are courteous and helpful. The hotel is clean and has a pleasant and relaxed vibe. Our room is always clean and well presented. Parking is much cheaper than competitor hotels nearby. Has all the amenities you might need - pool, spa, sauna, gym, multiple restaurants and bars.

We return here often and its always a warm and welcoming place to stay. Wonderful rooms and facilities and super easy access to city centre.

I felt like I was wealthy, staying in a place for the rich but for less then it would have cost me at a motel. I had a lovely room, a balcony, a bath, a comfortable bed and a view of the sky tower. What more could you want from a hotel. Would stay again and will recommend it to others.

The Staff were all very Polite and Well Mannered and also Helpful too. Only Negative I have as a Visitor is having a Vehicle Park in the Carpark and Pay not only per night BUT per every Exit as well which is pretty strange
