Have been charged twice, once through Wotif and once again by the hotel when i did on line check in. The room didn't have enough glasses, and the tea/coffee supplies hadn't been topped up. Room was clean and comfortable, but the fragrance used in the hallways is so strong and sickly sweet that we felt ill.

I catch the train to airport as it’s very close to Mascot and then use their shuttle to take me to airport which is very convenient. There are shops nearby if you need anything.

Beautiful, comfortable clean room - after spending a month travelling we flew in late at night and stayed here before making the final trip home. The room was just what we needed - super comfortable beds. Great breakfast - standard Crowne Plaza breakfast. Great price and value for money. Easy walk to the train station

Staff service is mixed, didn’t have a good staff at check-in. Could have better service, which I got from subsequent interactions. Room is ok, quite spacious. Kettle is a little malfunction, same as bathroom door knob. For the location, hotel rate could be lower too.
