They need to spend more time in the bathroom because it was disgusting if I could show you photos of it terrible it smelt very musty and I’m an asthmatic so I coughed all night. It could do with a better mattress facilities wasn’t good at all. We will never stay there again but I have to say that the food there was absolutely beautiful. the room needs to do a bit more in the room get rid of the mole that is in the bathroom we stayed in room 13 disgusting.
I was happy with the accomodation but I left some expensive medicine in the room and emailed the hotel about it and received no answer back.
Communication not good.
My only gripe really as the staff were great and helpful in site
Unfortunately we had no aircon, the room was hot, no TV and the bare essentials, the room was definitely far from perfect, for the price we definitely werent expected what we got.
Manager very very helpful
Would have been good to have a chair and table in hte room

Didn’t have much room cleaning. Paid fees for cleaning included in costs and received about 1 set of bedsheet changed within a week and a half stay. The toilet seat looked rusted and the shower was most definitely rusty.
Bar and restaurant were ok but no breakfasr at the restaurant. Rooms were dirty and not well equipped. Bath/ shower was terrible and stinky.
I had paid for 4 nights but left after the first night.
Hope Expedia refunds me.
This property charged 140 dollars for a room with a bed and 2 sheets. No bathroom, no storage, nothing else. I could have booked twice the service for half the price. Reprehensible. Will never return.
Unfortunately upon check In the room I was given had not been cleaned. I was given another room that was clean but I had to use 2 different keys due to a malfunction which took about an hour to sort out. After travelling from Melbourne this was quite an inconvenience. I arrived on Friday night and the music was terribly loud from down stairs from the bar. So much so I couldn’t sleep at all until it was finished at around 1am and I could still hear people vomiting in their rooms and walking about. Two people had showers which were as so loud it woke me up at 3-4 am. Then at about 5.30 am someone tried to enter my room.
The manager and staff were lovely and offered me dinner the following night, but I decided to leave as I was driving back to Melbourne and knew I would get no sleep anyway being a Saturday night with the rooms not being noise proof at all.
The room was basic but clean and comfortable.
We didnt realise it was a complete dump, the photos are from when the place first opened, all the money clearly goes into the pub as the establishment is a fine venue, however the hotel is not actually a hotel, its more a motel vibe.
It was that bad we didnt even stay 1 night we walked out and went and found accommodation elsewhere.
