2/10 Terrible

I wish to list complaints following our stay at Holiday Inn, Bondi Junction from 23 January to 26 January 2026. We were in room 403.
These are as follows:
1. Bathroom sink plug could not be released. A maintenance person did release it one day, only to stick again. We therefore could not use the bathroom sink, and had to use the kitchen sink instead. My husband did on occasions scoup the water out with a glass and put in the toilet.
2. There was no toilet brush. I did think therefore that the toilet would be cleaned each day, but not so. Not a very good look!
3. The shower floor was flooded from water coming out the shower door after the shower was used. Therefore many towels were needed to mop up the floor so we could continue to use the bathroom.
4. The first night there was a buzzer going on the phone all the time - right through the night!
Next day the maintenance man did stop this, but it was a very sleepless night! The buzzer wanted me to set up a mailbox, which I did not need to do.
5. The air conditioning was far too cold, we tried making it warmer, but to no avail. We spent a good deal of time when in the room under the doona.
6. There were no extra doonas in the room to alleviate the cold, even when in bed.
7. The fridge was very noisy.
8. There was only 1 black tea bag, 2 green teas and 1 herbal tea. I did ask at reception on two occasions for 2 extra tea bags and sugar, which I was given. These were not refilled each day.
9. D/w not w
