Lovely hotel, however staff not knowing what we had booked and either questioning and l/or trying to charge for additional items/persons when already paid for in booking. This was quite frustrating and disappointing. Breakfast was fine. Team definitely seemed to be struggling with the number of guests.

Staff were incredibly helpful when there was an issue with the room Hotel as a whole is very nice, room is great, bed is incredibly comfortable

Pre cruise overnight stay close to the cruise terminal. Fabulous stay in a Horizon Room with a wonderful harbour view. The Horizon Lounge breakfast options were also outstanding. Staff were very professional and friendly. Recommend highly.
