What a stay we had. We could not fault anything at the Shangri La. Be sure to head to Blu Bar for a drink at sunset. It will not disappoint. Our room was fantastic, the staff went above and beyond. We will be back

Didn’t anticipate stairs from Circular Quay to hotel which meant with my elderly mother we had to rely on Ubers and Taxis to get around. Certainly a great position, I chose it for proximity but underestimated the incline ti train and light rail.

Everything was a top notch. Starting from the reception courtesy, car courtesy to the room that was amazing. Beautiful view. I even got a treat for my early birthday celebration with cake and champagne. The room was spacious and very clean and well organised. The restaurant was lit, shout out to Nicole at the altitude, she was such a sweetheart. Thank you. The food was delicious . The buffet had a variety of all kind of food, All and all was amazing.
