Lack of service.... Never anyone at reception.. Was told I could only pay cash for the booking... And when I decided to extend my booking the next night, I checked the price online and it was $80 But when the manager/receptionist finally arrived I saw her on one of the floors as she was cleaning the rooms. I asked her if I could meet her a reception and pay another night. And she said oh just pay me here and now cash. I asked her how much for the night? And her response was... How much did you pay last night? When I told her, she said ok well it's the same price as last night?? (Which it was not online) So I gave her the cash and she put the money straight into her pocket and never offered me a receipt or an invoice for payment. Nor was I offered new towels for the night or any cleaning of the room etc.. Very Shady

Even though the weather was a bit crummy, the hotel mood was excellent. Very clean, excellent breakfast, and a very comfortable vibe throughout.

Great bargain, I got a discounted ‘noise affected’ room, but there was no noise as it was a Monday night, and the staff were great with supplying a hairdryer at my request 😊

Only if You have No other Option
The location is good as it's in Kings Cross and not far from the cbd. Close to train and lots of restaurants. The hotel is a small budget hotel. They told me when I arrived that the internet doesn't work sometimes, but it worked for me just fine. I was only there for 1 night though. The bathroom floor had hairs all over it, there was no remote for the tv and the a/c didn't work. For a budget hotel it wasn't all that cheap. But they did store my bags for me. Not the best place in the city, but better than a hostel and only if you have no other choice.

Very budget hotel
The room was broken down and just felt uncomfortable to be in, the bed head board looked disgusting. I have stayed in budget hotels before and this was something else. Prior to my stay I was told that I was in a loud room as the hotel is next to a strip club, but this was never a problem
