Easy check-in and parking, very clean rooms all rooms air conditioned even though the airport and train track was right near by the rooms are soundproof and it was very quite beds are very comfortable. Property was conveniently located, clean and comfortable. We only had 24hrs in Sydney but would stay here again in future. We ordered room service for dinner via the in room digital concierge, which was efficient, food was delicious and reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was well stocked with plenty to choose from.

When I tried to make coffee, the water tank of the coffee machine was cracked, and the water spilled all over the counter. When I first entered the room after check-in, there was a strange smell. I had booked a two-bedroom apartment, but one of the rooms was locked. Also, one of the bathrooms kept having its light turn off automatically — even while I was taking a shower. I mentioned these issues to the staff at check-in, but unfortunately, they were not resolved during my stay.
