Everything was great, except the airport shuttle. We were kept waiting over 20 mins whilst the shuttle manager tried to chat up the female driver. We finally had to say that if they didn’t hurry we would miss our plane. Finally this got his attention

I booked this because it was cheap but then really loved it. A shuttle bus and close to airport/mascot/cbd, really quiet, great mattress, friendly staff and pretty clean. Win win and a good $400 cheaper than competitors. I will stay here next time!
