Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 7 guests with a flexible bedding configuration, the home is thoughtfully designed across two levels:
• Upstairs: Main living areas, separate toilet and master bedroom with ensuite
• Downstairs: Two bedrooms and main bathroom
Keep comfortable all year round with a heat pump/air conditioning in the main living area and panel heaters in each of the bedrooms.
Enjoy the convenience of a double garage for secure storage of bikes, vehicles, or a boat, plus two outdoor living areas designed for all day enjoyment, complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Families will love being within walking distance to a local playground, tennis court, and basketball hoop, while food lovers can enjoy a variety of eateries and cafés just minutes away by car.
