Nice and close to everything wasn’t keen that the bedrooms were downstairs and living up top the heater downstairs in the bedroom was so noisy I couldn’t leave it on so it was cold but the aircon upstairs was great everything else was good

Great view of the mountains and lake. Two separate bedrooms were great. Upstairs is very spacious. Downside is the space takes quite a while to heat up when it's cold. Heat does not make it to downstairs very well.

Clean accomodation in need of a facelift with comfortable bedding, nice hot shower and helpful staff. Suitable for 1 nights stay only. Terrible wifi and the noise from the unit above transmitted quite badly so if you can get an upstairs room get that! No sink in the kitchenette so the bathroom sink is your only means. The location is super convenient, within walking distance of lake Taupō and restaurants.
