We stayed in a beautiful suite, the view of the beach was magnificent! the furniture is dated, though clean, they didn't have a free standing shower, so you had to get into the spa to have a shower, and that wasn't easy especially where there is no step to get in, so a bit hard for us. My advise to the cleaners is to check if the soap dispensers are empty as it's the 3rd time I have stayed there and had to ask for shampoo or hair conditioner. Also there wasn't a bottle opener in the room.

Stayed for just 1 night. Front desk staff were very friendly, the room was clean with a partial view. Visited the pool area which was well set up. Very close to the beach and food venues along the street. Car parking super easy. Overall a nice stay - building/rooms are a bit outdated.

Clean room, staff were wonderful at least 9 out of 10 were. When I arrived and needed a porter to take my bags in I had to search for one. The person who came out clearly did not like his job. The rest of my stay the staff were lovely, super friendly people and I felt welcomed. Room service food was not good at all. I ordered a steak sandwich and the meat was raw. My dessert was a dried out brownie My juice didn’t arrive but the delivery person was nice and friendly. Everything else was fantastic. Girls on Reception were welcoming. Check in process was super long though as only one guy on and he had to deal with some disgruntled guests so by the time he got to me he wasn’t happy. Bed was super comfy and made up beautifully by the housekeeping staff. Can’t wait to stay there again for longer next time.
