Hello Colin,Thank you for taking the time and trouble to give us feedback. Firstly let us apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and your partner. We have 2 big electric water heaters to service 8 rooms, which is more than enough to do the job. You were booked in the spa bath room which has a spa bath for 2 people and a separate shower. The spa bath has it's own electric water heater and it is independent from the heaters which service the showers. We had all three heaters checked out by our plumber and he could not find any fault anywhere, however his opinion is that the circulation pump might have caused to service any of the rooms at a certain time. He replaced it to be sure. We have spoken to the contract cleaner about no soap in the bathroom. Her response was that sometimes mistake happen. We are only an 8 room motel and it is not possible to have 24/7 reception.We do apologize for any inconvenience caused, however we are also disappointed after having distinctly asked you at check in time to call us should you needed anything. You have failed to call us at the time and it is too late to do anything about it now.Kind regardsFrank & Rob.

Very nice unit,comfortable and quiet.Well looked after.Frank welcomed us when we arrived explained the best way to walk to our party at the Crowne Plaza.Had to walk back up the hill could have got a Taxi but took it slowly.Were only there for the night but hope to stay longer next time.

Spa bath was AMAZINGLY HUGE... Room was comfortable, clean and really nicely presented. A light breakfast was supplied, great pressure in shower and comfy bed. Frank the Manager was so lovely, kind and helpful. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately the previous guests must have used the hairdryer and instead of putting it back in the it's usual place under the basin they put in the shaving cabinet .
