Friendly and professional staff. Great location. States 5* 'luxury', having stayed in many hotels and properties in London I would rate this nearer to a high 3* / low 4*.
Upgraded room, however was an accessibility room which was ok, had a view of nearby Tower Bridge and Tower of London but restricted due to balcony-style wall (6th floor). If I had booked room for that view I would have been disappointed.
Generally clean and quiet room, however showing signs of wear and tear in places (dented bins that could do with a clean). New towels in bathroom possibly as left white fluff when used, so could do with a few more washes! No extras in bathroom like shower cap or vanity kits etc, maybe they are available on request, but for a 5* this should be in the room.
