Quiet location. Clean and spacious room. Friendly, pleasant and helpful staff. Surprisingly there was no fridge in the room and the "airconditioning" was a very noisy, portable unit which couldn't be used overnight.

checking in an out was easy, breakfast was good, the room was comfortable, very convenient to have your own kitchen for self catering breakfasts and packed lunches. Excellent location.

This was my second stay at the Chesa Valese and I was equally impressed both times with the hospitality from the staff who were helpful and super courteous. Breakfast was awesome every day and the spa area with the sauna and steam room were enjoyed daily! Thanks again and see you next time.

This hotel gives a nice cabin vibe and the view of the Matterhorn is breathtaking from our balcony. The Bathroom has heated floor as well, which was amazing.
