Very basic facilities, rickety bed and waferthin pillows, no in-room coffee station/hair dryer etc. The toilet/shower was so small that i had to rotate on the spot to enter exit. Really basic , however location is good. Sister hotel tenerhof is newer and looks better

But for me

Fine as a budget short stop, but doesn’t look or smell nice. Hotel is really dated, bathroom is in need of rapid update (shower pressure is good, but that it’s set to hit sideways, about 4 ft off the bath ground level was weird). I spend a lot of time in different hotel beds and can usually sleep anywhere. This mattress was not comfortable and the walls are paper thin. At circa £140 a night, I wanted better than this. Also no tea making facilities available. But, it was clean and well located.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. Facility was clean and we had everything we needed. Service was very friendly. The elevator seemed a little outdated but it worked. All good, though.

We just needed the basics, bed and bathroom. If you are looking for a refrigerator or coffee maker in your room, you won't get it. It is located right in the center of town, which was perfect for us. We just needed a place to sleep after hiking all day.
