Great location just 20min by bus away from downtown and most of the city attractions. Good boutique decor. Great amenities complete with foosball and ping pong tables and self-serve popcorn. Our family of 2 adults, 1 kid & 2 dogs had a superb stay while exploring the city and attending a work meeting here in Victoria.

I don't like putting really bad reviews but the hallways smelled strongly like body odour. The room smelled like body odour and a whiff of mould unfortunately. The room looked clean enough. Our second story window faced the parking lot, and unfortunately we could hear drunk people talking out loud outside.

I had an amazing stay at The Vic, an Ascend Hotel Collection in Victoria! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready with great local tips and warm smiles. The room was spotless, modern, and cozy 😊 perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location is super convenient, close to downtown, Chinatown, and many great restaurants and attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and had a good variety of options.
