Saint Elizabeth accommodation from NZ$199

We had the Privilege Junior Swim Up Suite Pros: The property was very clean and laid out. Everything was within close walking distance. The beach and pool were in very close proximity to the rooms. The staff was very friendly. We had the privilege package, and the butler service were excellent. Every restaurant served very good food. We were completely satisfied. The swim up pool was the best. We loved it. Cons: We did not get all amenities that came with the privilege package. We had to ask multiple times for them before finally getting them. Our room was not as expected or properly ready when we were delivered to it. We had to request items that were missing from the room only to never receive them. We finally requested to be moved to a different room. Once moved to a different room, we still had to request multiple items that were missing from the new room. (The staff responded swiftly to our request in the new room and were friendly when delivering them.)

This is my second time visiting Excellence oyster bay and the goal of this trip was relaxation and I was able to do just that ! From arrival I was greeted with smiles and helpful staff Nakoya checked us in and was super welcoming and answered all of our questions The room was clean and well maintained the amenities were great The main lobby bar was always a good time Whew Dennis , Steven and Christopher made the best drinks and kept the energy going all night I had the best massage at the Miile spa and Megan provided my service her hands were magical. The one thing I felt could have been better was the food . When you go to an island or country you expect to experience the foods of their culture and unfortunately that’s where they dropped the ball for me. The buffet food was the only “authentic” Jamaican food available which was still mediocre. No traditional fruits such as coconut, sugar cane, etc even if they had it by the beach. I had to leave the resort to access those items. Overall the trip was great
